Keith's journey from washing cars in his hometown of Manitowoc to becoming a distinguished leader in North Central Wisconsin’s automotive industry is truly inspiring. His rise from Service Advisor to Service Manager and eventually to owning and expanding Kocourek Automotive reflects not only his profound understanding and gratitude for the hard work required but also his unwavering dedication to the community.
Since taking the helm at Jim Carter Chevrolet in September of 1999, Keith’s vision has driven the growth and success of Kocourek Automotive, transforming it into a multi-brand powerhouse. Under his leadership, Kocourek Automotive has thrived, always seeking new horizons while maintaining a strong commitment to our Core Values.

Sales Consultant
You are responsible for assisting guests during their car buying experience to identify their unique needs/wants to find the right vehicle for them.
Finance Manager
You assist the guest through the financing process and help find a solution that works best for them.
Service Advisor
You are responsible for greeting and checking in service guests. You monitor the progress of each vehicle, and communicate with technicians to take care of the guest.
Service Technician
You diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
Detailer
You are responsible for washing exterior and cleaning interior of the vehicle to make the guest satisfaction exceed expectations.
